Bread Recipes That Actually Work
Homemade naan often misses the mark. People treat it like pizza dough. In truth, it’s a soft, enriched flatbread. This version uses yogurt and milk. It employs proper high heat to create naan that is tender and lightly charred. The result is much closer to the restaurant style people actually want.
Simple ingredients, a soft dough, and a hot pan make the difference. Bread that is merely cooked cannot compare to naan done properly.
This naan bread recipe is soft, pillowy, and made to give you the texture most home versions miss. This version uses yogurt, milk, and high-heat cooking to create naan that is tender.
