Mix the mince with crumbled stock cube and balsamic glaze.
Cook base.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large oven-proof pan over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Cook until softened.
Add bacon Cook for 4–5 minutes until browned.
