  • 50 grams butter
  • 250 ml cream
  • 80 grams Parmesan, finely grated
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

1. Melt butter

  • Melt butter gently in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add cream

  • Pour in cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

3. Add cheese

  • Reduce heat and add Parmesan gradually, stirring continuously.

4. Season

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Finish

  • Toss with hot pasta, adding a little pasta water if needed.
