  • 500 grams Flour
  • 2 gams Salt
  • 250 grams Butter
  • 2 each Eggs
  • 100 grams Sugar fine Caster sugar
  • 20 ml Water

Instructions
 

  • Sift the flour into a bowl and rub in the butter to form a breadcrumb texture
  • Mix the remaining ingredients together and then add to the mixture and combine to a smooth paste
  • Rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before using
