  • 180 ml milk
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 2 each eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 200 grams flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 each Zest of 1 lemon

  • 150 grams white chocolate
  • 75 ml Heavy / Thick / Double Cream

Instructions
 

1. Melt base

  • Gently melt:

2. Mix eggs

  • Whisk eggs + sugar + vanilla until fluffy

3. Combine

  • Add chocolate mix
