White Chocolate Mud Cake

A rich but balanced white chocolate mud cake with a softer crumb and controlled sweetness.

- 200 grams white chocolate
- 150 grams butter
- 180 ml milk
- 120 grams sugar
- 2 each eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 200 grams flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 each Zest of 1 lemon
Optional White Chocolate Ganache
- 150 grams white chocolate
- 75 ml Heavy / Thick / Double Cream
1. Melt base
Gently melt:๐ Cool slightlybutterwhite chocolatemilk
3. Combine
Add chocolate mix๐ Stir gently
4. Dry ingredients
Fold in:flourbaking powdersaltlemon zest
5. Prepare baking tin
brush 20 cm cake tin with oilline tine with baking paper pour cake mix in to tintap tin gently to even mix in the tin
6. Bake
๐ 160ยฐC (low + slow ๐)๐ 50โ60 mins
7. Rest
Cool in tin๐ improves texture
