Sherry vinegar boasts a rich array of complex, nutty flavors that set it apart from other types of vinegar. Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml Sherry Vinegar
  • 120 grams Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add Sherry Vinegar and sugar to a saucepan over a low heat.
  • allow sugar to dissolve
  • Turn up the heat and simmer until bubbling
  • allow to bubble until the ring of bubbles meet in the middle.
  • Remove from heat immediately and allow to cool.
  • Once cool the syrup will be thick like maple syrup. Check the video for consistency.
  • Pour in to Jar or squeeze bottle can last up to 4 weeks.
