- 1 Suace Pan
- 1 Squeezy Bottle / Sauce Bottle
- 1 Scale
Ingredients
- 250 ml Sherry Vinegar
- 120 grams Sugar
Instructions
- Add Sherry Vinegar and sugar to a saucepan over a low heat.
- allow sugar to dissolve
- Turn up the heat and simmer until bubbling
- allow to bubble until the ring of bubbles meet in the middle.
- Remove from heat immediately and allow to cool.
- Once cool the syrup will be thick like maple syrup. Check the video for consistency.
- Pour in to Jar or squeeze bottle can last up to 4 weeks.
