👨‍🍳 KOOK’S SECRET

👉 Don’t overcrowd the pan.

If the pan is too full, the chicken steams instead of browns—
and that’s where you lose flavour.

Cook in batches if needed. It’s worth it.

🧠 WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING

The lemon gently breaks down the fibres in the chicken,
making it more tender and allowing flavour to move through the meat.

At the same time, high heat builds colour—
and colour is flavour.

👉 That’s the difference between cooking… and cooking properly.

⚠️ COMMON MISTAKES

❌ Cooking straight from the fridge
❌ Overcrowding the pan
❌ Turning the chicken too early

👉 Let it sit. Let it colour. Trust it.

🍽 SERVING IDEAS

Serve with:
👉 Rice (perfect with your basmati 👀)
👉 Roasted vegetables
👉 Simple salad

Finish with a squeeze of lemon for that final lift.
